Mental Health Services Pricing

At Mental Care Plus LLC, we believe in transparent pricing. Below are our standard self-pay rates for patients who prefer to pay out-of-pocket.

Most services are covered by Medicaid, Medicare, and all major medical insurances. We recommend that you verify your benefits directly with your insurance provider before your appointment.
Important Notes:

• All service prices are disclosed to the patient and must be agreed upon before services begin.
• Full payment is required prior to the start of each session.
• Once a service has been rendered, payment is final and non-refundable.

Session Duration: 40–60 minutes

• Mental Health Comprehensive Assessment: $250
• Psychotherapy / Counseling Follow-up: $200
• Family / Couples Therapy: $150

• Psychiatric Intake with Medication Management: $325
• Medication Management Follow-up: $180

Please call for discounted package rates or sliding-scale options when available.

• Copy or printout: $1 per page
• Records summary or combination of records: $25 minimum plus additional fee determined by the Office Manager based on the volume of records and pages.

• Excuse letter for school: Free
• Letter from the counselor: $80
• Letter from the clinicians: $120
