Self-Pay Rates & Fee Schedule
At Mental Care Plus LLC, we believe in transparent pricing. Below are our standard self-pay rates for patients who prefer to pay out-of-pocket.
Most services are covered by Medicaid, Medicare, and all major medical insurances. We recommend that you verify your benefits directly with your insurance provider before your appointment.
Important Notes:
- All service prices are disclosed to the patient and must be agreed upon before services begin.
- Full payment is required prior to the start of each session.
- Once a service has been rendered, payment is final and non-refundable.
Counseling & Therapy
- Mental Health Comprehensive Assessment: $150
- Follow-up Sessions: $125
- Couple Therapy / Marriage Counseling (45–60 minutes): $200 per session

Medication Management
- Psychiatric Intake / Initial Evaluation: $290
- Follow-up Medication Management Visits: $150

Medical Records Requests
- Copy or printout: $1 per page
- Records summary or combination of records: $25 minimum plus additional fee determined by the Office Manager based on the volume of records and pages.
Letters & Documentation
- Excuse letter for school: Free
- Letter from the counselor: $80
- Letter from the clinicians: $120
- General letter from the office: Please call the office
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
No-show or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice: $60 fee
