Life can feel overwhelming when trauma, anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges take center stage. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as a whole person—not just a collection of symptoms. I work collaboratively with clients to help them make meaning of their experiences, reconnect with their values, and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.
I specialize in trauma and have experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use concerns. I also work with couples and families, supporting healthier communication, deeper understanding, and more secure connections. Whether you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or simply seeking clarity and growth, I aim to meet you where you are with compassion and respect.
My approach is rooted in humanistic and existential therapy, emphasizing personal agency, self-awareness, and the belief that change is possible—even in the midst of pain. I take an integrative approach, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), grief work, and solution-focused interventions, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals.
Healing is not about “fixing” yourself—it’s about understanding yourself more deeply and learning new ways to relate to your experiences. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can explore challenges, build resilience, and move forward with intention
