With over ten years of experience in trauma treatment, addiction recovery, co-occurring disorders, and family systems work, I provide support that is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based approaches like Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed care. I’ve supported clients in outpatient, residential, and community settings, always with the belief that healing happens when people feel safe and understood.

As a bilingual therapist, I offer culturally sensitive care to children, adolescents, adults, and families.
