My approach is rooted in humanistic and existential therapy, emphasizing personal agency, self-awareness, and the belief that change is possible—even in the midst of pain. I take an integrative approach, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), grief work, and solution-focused interventions, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals.
